Philippe Farhat is a Lebanese contemporary artist. He obtained his diploma in interior design from the Lebanese university in 2009 and his diploma in plastic arts in 2016.
Philippe has worked as a teacher in several academies with students of different ages and backgrounds.
He currently teaches at Prunus Academy, CAMM Fashion Academy and Zouk Municipality.
His other profession is interior design, he has designed more than 80 different projects across Lebanon and Kuwait (houses, restaurants…).
His main passion and his most precious work are done in his workshop where there are no limits. Philippe has participated in more than 25 collective exhibitions since 2002 and 3 solos (Galerie Zaman, Lebanese University, Beit al Hirafi).
All his works come from accumulations and experiences related to society and humanity and his reflections as he sees them from his point of view. His works are not unified with a specific material, he uses different ones according to the expressive needs of the subjects and the works he makes.
